WORKING WITH US

Northaven Ltd employs a number of support staff that work with NDIS participants to help them achieve their goals. The support staff work on a 24-hour roster and work can involve sleepovers. Working with Northaven requires a Working with Children Check and an NDIS workers check. If you do not currently have these, please do not be discouraged as the Northaven team can help you obtain these.

There are also administrative and management positions within the organisation.

Northaven Ltd also employs NDIS participants to work in various roles. NDIS participants currently work in the florist, the cafe and the main workshop. All NDIS participants are paid for their work and accrue sick leave, annual leave and long service leave.
