Privacy Policy

The Company will abide to the APPs entities:

• Open and transparent management of personal information this includes having an up-to-date APPs privacy policy

• Anonymity and pseudonymity – Give people the option of not identifying themselves or of using a fictitious name or alias

• Collection of solicited personal information – Only where the information is deemed reasonably necessary or directly related to Company business

• Dealing with unsolicited personal information – Only where the information is deemed reasonably necessary or directly related to Company business

• Dealing with unsolicited personal information – Personal information which does not fall within the definition of “solicited” is therefore “unsolicited”

• Notification of the collection of personal information – When and in what circumstances the Company collects personal information along with notification to individual in certain matters

• Use of disclosure of personal information – When does the Company disclose personal information

• Direct marketing – Disclose personal information for direct marketing e.g., Facebook, Twitter, News Bulletins etc

• Cross-border disclosure of personal information – Release of personal information to other states or overseas parties

• Adoption, use and disclosure of government related identifiers – e.g., NDIS, Children’s Guardian, NDIS Commission, NSW Police Force, Dept of Justice etc

• Quality of personal information – Take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is accurate, up to date and complete. Including the purpose of disclosure

• Security of personal information – Take all reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure
